Enchiladas

May 20th - Eagles Club in North Platte - 3:30pm
I would like to extend a big thank you to all those moms who have helped get all the ingredients and get it all ready for the girls to make their enchiladas.
Thanks Diana for heading this one up and doing most of the leg work. Thanks for all the math calculations, phone calls and driving you had to do. I know I appreciate it and the girls and parents are behind me too. Thanks so much - we couldnt have done it with out you!!
Thanks Amy White for the recipe and for helping Diana with all the math and making the spice packets.
